Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Rendezvous Scents is not able to accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds, for any reason whatsoever, once the package is shipped.

 

Shipping

Rendezvous offers Free Shipping to Canada & The United States! Shipments typically go out within 2-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS. You are responsible for providing us with the correct mailing address, ensuring delivery can occur, and a safe place exists to leave the package should you not be home to receive it. 

 

Compliance with IFRA Guidelines 

Each scent is an authentic product from the particular manufacturer with the ingredients being trade secrets. As such, they may contain ingredients that may be allergens to some.

All modern fragrances must comply with IFRA guidelines, which is a mandatory and stringent system of checks and balances that regulate what can go into a scent, and is continuously updated via the latest scientific research. These boundaries ensure the safety of consumers, animals, and the environment, however Rendezvous Scents cannot guarantee each formula, and therefore take no responsibility for any reactions you or others may have to the product.
